Based on the observation, which is carried out for at least 3 consecutive days, a final report will be prepared from what I have seen and perceived. During shadowing, I am present at all meetings and activities that shadowee has planned or happens at random. At the end of each day, I ask about the facts I have seen to understand the context and significance of the individual facts I have witnessed. At the end of the process with shadowee, we reflect on all the formulated knowledge together and create an action plan on how to set personal or team change.
