The basis of every future is a reflection of the past and an agreement in the present. Workshopobuilding is designed for leaders who need to set the future of their team, process or product. Workshop building is based on a combination of hard creative work of the workshop, supported by a relaxed teambuilding atmosphere. It is the improved social interactions thanks to the survival of the common experience, that contribute to the increased quality of the workshop outputs. My role is to accompany throughout the meeting and to perceive the needs of the team in order to deliver the result at a time when the whole team is focused on the goal of workshopobuilding.
